Rob Morrow

Managing Director


Rob Morrow has built a highly respected career within the resources sector as a mining engineer and senior manager over the past 38 years.

With a strong track record of starting and operating mines, Rob has proven experience in project management and investor relations, as well as strong operational and technical skills.

Rob has been a key figure in leading Peak Iron.

Andrew Muir

Executive Director


Andrew Muir joined Peak Iron as Chief Financial Officer in April 2022 and was appointed to the Board on 9 August 2022. 

Andrew Muir has over 40 years’ experience as an accounting professional and commercial executive across multiple industries.

As a Fellow of CPA Australia, Andrew is a trusted financial expert with extensive skills in financial strategy, analytics, negotiation and corporate governance.

Craig Bromley

Non-Executive Director


Craig Bromley has worked within the Australian capital markets for over 40 years.

Specialising in corporate finance and strategy Craig, has held several director positions and management roles in investment advisory firms and ASX listed resource companies.

Craig provides trusted advice and support at an executive level and is well respected as a collaborative leader.

Gavin Argyle

Non-Executive Director


Gavin Argyle has significant experience in Australian capital markets and is currently the Co-Founder and Director of Capital Investment Partners. He has over 40 years’ experience in managerial, executive, and non-executive roles within the industrial, mining and healthcare sectors.

Gavin specialises in providing strategic management and investment advice and has a wealth of experience in building sustainable businesses across multiple industries with a vast network of industry-leading experts. Gavin is a fundamental part of Peak Iron, providing advice and strategic direction and continues to drive the success of the company as a Non-Executive Director.

KEY PERSONNEL

Diona Antonas

Environment and Approvals Manager


Diona Antonas is a qualified Environmental Manager with over 15 years’ experience in environmental impact assessment, approvals, government and community relations. She has managed multiple large-scale development and resource projects through federal and state processes in both South Australian and Northern Territory jurisdictions.

In recent years she has played a key management role in the development of Peak Iron’s major greenfield mining operation, Buzzard Iron Ore Project and the ongoing management of Peculiar Knob Mine.  

Lindsay Lawler

Development Manager – Buzzard Project


Lindsay Lawler has a Bachelor of Mining Engineering and over a decade of first-hand experience working in the mining sector. He has also completed a Master of Petroleum Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

This combination of both technical and practical experience provides a broad understanding of the resource sector key drivers and makes Lindsay highly effective in managing the development and operation of projects.

His previous experience with Atlas Iron to bring its Mt Webber and Sanjiv Ridge mine sites into operation makes him an excellent leader to deliver Peak Iron’s Buzzard Project.

James Nagel

Mine Manger – Peculiar Knob


James Nagel is the Mine Manager at Peculiar Knob.  

A mining engineer with Australian and international experience spanning over 30 years, James has delivered strong results in operational, technical, planning and management roles for producing mines in addition to greenfield and brownfield developments, and targeting and recovering commodities as diverse as coal, copper, uranium, precious metals, iron ore and diamonds.   

James works closely with the mining services contractor and provides statutory oversight for all aspects of operations at Peculiar Knob.

Paul Hunter

Mineral Resources Manager


Paul Hunter is a geologist with over 30 years’ experience in the Australian and global resources sector across a variety of commodities.

Paul’s expertise includes open cut and underground mine geology, geological modelling, resource evaluation and due diligence. He has worked on numerous projects including the Northern Territory’s White Devil IOCG mine, Mt Leyshon gold mine in Queensland, West Angelas Iron Ore mine in Western Australia, Olary Iron Ore deposit in NSW and Lebedinski Goc Iron Ore mine in Russia.

A member of AusIMM, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Masters of Science in Mining and Exploration Geology.
