Gavin Argyle - Chairman
Gavin Argyle is an experienced senior executive who has worked in Australian capital markets for more that 25 years. In 2006, Mr Argyle co-founded Capital Investment Partners, a successful Perth-based investment bank providing capital raising and corporate advisory services to small and mid-capitalised ASX-listed companies. He has been managing director of CIP since 2008.
Gavin founded The Market Herald Limited in 2006 now having 80 direct employees and is the dominate player in its industry sector, in both Australia and Canada. Prior to this, Gavin was Chairman of TCC Holdings Pty Ltd having 500 direct employees having participated in the construction and maintenance of almost every major resource project in Western Australia In 2007, TCC was sold to an international EPC company.
Marnus Bothma - CEO
Marnus Bothma is an experienced geologist and mining executive with significant experience from exploration to development of bulk commodities. Mr. Bothma has significant experience in the acquisition and assessment of iron ore projects as well as the permitting and approvals process associated with development. He holds a Masters of Science in geology and has acted as director on a number of ASX listed and private resource exploration and development companies.
Craig Bromley - Non-Executive Director
Craig Bromley has 37 years experience in capital markets and corporate finance, having held a number of director positions and management roles in investment advisory firms and ASX listed resource companies. Craig has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia.
Rob Morrow – Project Director
Rob Morrow is a mining engineer with over 30 years experience in the development and operation of bulk commodity assets throughout Australia having acted as General Manager of mining for NRW Civil & Mining, Operations and JV manager for Henry Walker Eltin including development and management of Cockatoo Island operations, Project Director responsible for the delivery of construction works for Karara Mining, Project Director of mine development for Atlas Iron and COO of Shaw River Manganese.
Adrian Horne – Peculair Knob Mine Manager
Adrian Horne is a mining engineer with over 30 years experience in the construction and mining industry. Throughout his career Mr Horne has focussed on development and recommissioning of iron ore, lithium/tantalum, gold and magnesite mining projects. Mr Horne has held mine management positions in BHP, Henry Walker Eltin, Kimberley Diamond Company, WG Resources and Alliance mineral assets.
Stephen Staines – Stakeholder Manager
Stephen Staines holds significant experience in government and community relations, having been an elected member of the Coober Pedy district council and holding a board position on Regional Development Australia and acting as Steering committee member for the Far North SA mining industry alliance. Mr Staines also acted as external relations and land access manager for IMX resources and was integral in the development of the Cairn Hill project.
Kurt Crameri – Project Development
Kurt Crameri is a qualified geologist and mining engineer with 17 years experience in multiple commodites including magnetite, hematite, nickel and gold. His experience ranges from greenfield exploration to mine production. Mr Crameri's work history includes acting as mine geology superintendant for Kirkland Lake Gold's NT operations, senior mine geologist for WPG Resources at the Challenger gold mine and senior mining engineer for Arrium Mining at the Peculiar Knob hematite mine
Diona Antonas – Environment and Approvals
Diona Antonas is a qualified environmental manager with over 10 years’ experience in environmental impact assessment and approvals. Her experience within the major developments branch of the state planning department and as a Senior Mining Assessment officer for the state mining department has seen her lead and project manage multiple large scale development and resource projects in the state.
Scott Mckay – Logistics and Infrastructure
Mr Mackay is an experienced Chief Executive and now consultant with national and international background and a strong capability in leading and growing goods and services businesses across diverse industry sectors including rail, engineering consulting, FMCG and professional services. He has specific expertise in innovation, finance and supply chain.
Duncan Mcbain – Technical Advisor
Mr Mcbain has over 40 years experience associated with the resource development industry in geological and analyst roles over a wide range of commodities working in Africa, Australasia and Asia. Mr Mcbain has held director positions with Patersons Securities, Colonial Resources, Uranex and acted as the MD for IMX resources which developed and operated the Cairn Hill magnetite/copper mine in South Australia. Mr Mcbain also held senior positions in Rio Tinto Group companies including Bougainville Copper, An May Steel and Kembla Coal and Coke.
